Subscription management (cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling)

We aim to make managing your GrowCFO subscription as simple and flexible as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Payments/Invoices section. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Log in to the website

Go to learn.growcfo.net and log in with your account details.

2. Access your account settings

Click the down arrow next to your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select Payments / Invoices from the dropdown menu.

3. Enter your email address

Enter the email address you used to purchase your subscription.

4. Check your email inbox

Find the email from Thrivecart with the access link (it should arrive shortly after entering your email).

5. Follow the email link

Click the link provided in the email to access your subscription details.

6. Manage your subscription

Click Subscriptions in the menu.

Find your current subscription and click View.

7. Cancel the subscription

Click the Cancel button to stop your subscription.

 

Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you’re eligible, please contact us at support@growcfo.net with your reason and account details.

Rescheduling Courses or Workshops
If you become unavailable or miss a live session, you can rebook for another date or join a future cohort (subject to availability). Just email support@growcfo.net with the course name and the session you’d like to reschedule, and we’ll assist you.
