Not Receiving Your Event Link or Confirmation

If you haven’t received your event confirmation or joining link, try these steps:

1. Check All Email Folders

Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Search for emails from events@growcfo.net 

2. Verify Your Registration

Make sure you completed your registration and that your email address was entered correctly.

3. Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

Add events@growcfo.net to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure future emails are delivered.

4. Check Your Calendar Invite

The direct joining link is also included in your calendar invite once you've  registered.

5. Look Out for Reminder Emails

You'll receive reminder emails with the joining link ahead of the session—typically 24 hours and 1 hour before the start time.
