Issues Accessing Live Sessions

If you're having trouble joining your live sessions, try these quick steps:

1. Check Your Internet Connection
    Make sure you’re connected to a stable internet network. If your Wi-Fi is weak, try     switching to a wired connection or moving closer to your router.

2. Use a Supported Browser
    For the best experience, use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Avoid      using Internet Explorer or Safari.

3. Restart Your Browser or Device
    Sometimes, simply closing and reopening your browser or restarting your device      helps resolve access issues.

4. Clear Your Cache
    Your browser's stored data can sometimes interfere. Clear your cache and                 cookies and try again.

5. Disable VPN or Corporate Firewalls
    If you're on a VPN or restricted network, try joining from a personal device or              network.

6. Join from the Confirmation Email
    Click the session link directly from your reminder email. If the link doesn’t work,        contact us right away at events@growcfo.net or support@growcfo.net so we         can help you join the session on time.
